RivetStays is a Toronto-based short- and mid-term rental operator building internal systems powered by AI, automation, and data.We’re hiring a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder to run and build internal systems using agentic AI tools like Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation workflows.This is not a traditional analyst role.We want someone who lives inside AI tools every day — someone who uses Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, and AI agents constantly to execute, automate, build, debug, research, and ship work fast.You will not just manage projects. You will build and execute them yourself using AI.What You’ll DoBuild internal tools, automations, and workflows using AI coding agentsUse Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools dailyBuild and maintain websites and systems using Next.js + VercelHandle operational execution tasks and automate repetitive workflowsWrite SQL queries and maintain dashboards/reportsClean and reconcile operational data across systemsBuild AI-assisted systems for operations, reporting, and growthAssist the marketing team by helping build, automate, and improve growth systems and workflowsSupport implementation of tracking, analytics, landing pages, automations, and AI-assisted marketing infrastructureWork closely with the growth/marketing lead to rapidly ship and iterate projects using AI toolsWhat We’re Looking ForRequiredDeep daily usage of AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)Strong technical problem-solving abilityComfortable building products and systems independentlyExperience with Next.js and VercelStrong Google Sheets + SQL skillsExperience with dashboards (Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar)Strong execution speed and attention to detailComfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environmentAble to figure things out independently using AI toolsHuge PlusExperience with AI automations and agent workflowsFamiliarity with paid ads, tracking systems, funnels, or growth workflowsExperience with APIs, scripting, or automation toolsStartup or operator mentalityCompensation & LocationRemoteApprox. $500–900/month depending on experienceOpportunity for larger responsibility and long-term growthImportantThis role is for builders.If you are not actively using AI coding tools for most of your work every day, this is probably not the right fit.We are looking for someone who is deeply immersed in AI-assisted execution and can move extremely fast with modern AI tools.Apply Here
