Branch Service Incharge

The Service Engineer will support and enhance our service operations across the region. This role will be instrumental in monitoring service initiatives, training stakeholders and enhancing the after sales support.1. Monitoring of Service Initiatives:Oversee and regularly review all ongoing service initiatives within the assigned region to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.2. Training & Development:Conduct technical training sessions for service engineers and dealer teams to strengthen understanding and effective execution of current and upcoming service processes.3. New Service Initiatives Implementation:Play a proactive role in rolling out new service initiatives such as Auto CRN. Act as the regional lead for implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of these initiatives.4. Dealer Audits:Perform unannounced audits at dealer locations to assess service process compliance, loan stock reconciliation, and accuracy in dealer decision-making.5. Loan Battery Ageing Monitoring:Monitor and maintain control over the ageing of loan stock. Ensure inventory at dealer locations is under 60 days and within 5 days in technician accounts to avoid service delays and stock obsolescence.Functional Expertise:1. Customer Complaint Handling : Attend customer complaints related to battery performance, installation, or service issues.2. Customer Servicing : Ensure timely and efficient resolution of service calls within agreed turnaround times (TAT).Soft Skill: 1. Strong technical and diagnostic skills.Proactive and hands-on approach2. Attention to detail and analytical thinking3. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills4. Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region5. Excellent communication and training abilities.6. Proficiency in using CRM/service management tools (e.g., Auto CRN).Education & Experience:Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.3–5 years in a similar service operations role, preferably in the automotive, energy, or battery industry.
