This role will lead Sales & Business Development for the Plasters segment in North Kerala, covering 5 key districts with strong gypsum plaster potential. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to grow our market share and strengthen relationships with Architect contractors, builders, and dealers. Responsibilities End-to-end sales responsibility across both project and channel sales in North Kerala. Build and sustain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and dealers. Drive market penetration, partner engagement, and post-sales service. Leverage Gyproc’s product portfolio to boost sales and brand visibility. Sales Value Achievement: Drive sales through project and trade dealers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Execute strategies to convert enquiries to orders in the housing and infrastructure segments. Market Development: Build a comprehensive database of active builders and track construction activity across North Kerala. Generate consistent enquiries and understand customer buying behaviors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local influencers in construction. Project Dealer Management: Appoint and manage project dealers across the region for performance and ROI. Address pricing, supply, and service issues promptly. Support channel development and dealer capability enhancement. Customer Service: Ensure accurate and timely product delivery to sites. Collaborate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently. Competency Development: Conduct training sessions for applicators and channel partners, focusing on VAPs (Value-Added Products). Equip partners with strong product knowledge and selling techniques. MIS & Reporting: Regularly update MS-CRM for enquiry and sales tracking. Plan and report local market activities like site demos, dealer meets, and training programs. Required Skills Strong relationship-building skills with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers. Strategic thinking and problem-solving in channel conflict and customer engagement. High energy, entrepreneurial attitude, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and competitive market. Familiarity with construction drawings, project sales, and sustainable building practices. Qualification: Educational Qualification (UG): BE – Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or equivalent Educational Qualification (PG): MBA preferred Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience in sales & marketing of building materials or related sectors
