Office AdministratorLocation: Kozhikode (On-site)Company: PokketCFOExperience: Minimum 3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-time⭐ Preferred: Experience in a CA Firm / Accounting & Compliance Firm️ Requirement: Excellent communication & fluent English (written + spoken)About UsPokketCFO is a Virtual CFO & Compliance partner supporting startups, SMEs, and growth-stage companies with accounting, compliance, legal documentation, and financial systems.We are looking for a smart, proactive Office Administrator to support our growing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination & Support- Manage client onboarding, KYC & documentation - Coordinate engagement letters & communication - Follow up for data & approvals - Maintain task dashboards & status trackingInternal Operations- Manage partner & team calendars - Daily task tracking & operational follow-ups - Maintain attendance, leave & productivity reports - Coordinate internal meetings & reviewsFinance & Admin- Support invoicing follow-ups & payment tracking - Vendor coordination & office expense management - Petty cash & basic procurement - Maintain office registers & filesHR & Hiring Support- Track KRAs & KPIs weekly - Assist in hiring — screening resumes & scheduling interviews - Handle onboarding & exit processes - Maintain HR recordsSystems & Process Coordination- Support internal process implementation (Microsoft 365, SOPs, task workflows) - Help set up WhatsApp workflow tracking - Ensure disciplined use of systems & digital filing (SharePoint)Skills & Attributes- Strong communication & fluent English - Experience in CA or accounting firm preferred - Excellent organization & follow-up discipline - Tech-friendly with Excel/Sheets & Office tools - Fast learner, reliable, process-driven mindsetSalary₹22,500 per month
