The ideal candidate should have strong experience in rubber manufacturing, with a proven track record in building, implementing, and maintaining robust production systems. Attention to detail, process orientation, and the ability to drive continuous improvement are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end production activities to ensure on-time, high-quality output. Implement, monitor, and continuously improve manufacturing systems, SOPs, and workflows. Lead and manage the production team with a focus on discipline, efficiency, and safety. Coordinate with procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor daily production metrics and drive actions for productivity improvement and waste reduction. Ensure machinery upkeep, preventive maintenance, and process compliance. Maintain detailed documentation, production reports, and data accuracy. Uphold strong quality standards and ensure adherence to company and industry guidelines. Proactively identify issues and resolve them with a problem-solving mindset.Ideal Candidate Profile:5–10 years of experience as a Production Incharge/Manager in arubber manufacturing unit . B.Tech graduate with strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes. Proven experience in developing and implementing systems in a factory environment. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading teams effectively.
