Flexton has been recognized multiple times by Inc. 5000 as the Fastest Growing Company.Below is the complete job descriptionAbout the RoleStrong understanding of platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence8+ Yeats of Experience in developing and maintaining backend components/APIs using Java (Spring/Spring Boot); Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical fieldHands-on experience building and owning platforms (not just consuming them)Advanced topics—specifically SQL and relational DB theory (such as isolation levels), advanced N+1 problem resolution, AOT, and certain multithreading components & resolving N+1 issues.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement -Strong end to end platform engineering experience- platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and operational excellenceHands-on experience with Spring Boot 3 and modern application frameworks.Solid understanding of building scalable backend services and microservices.Expertise with relational databases (PostgreSQL or Spanner).Experience deploying applications on GCP.Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, authentication flows, and security best practices.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex architectural challenges.Regards,Rahul Shrivastava
