Tendering ManagerRemote (India) | CET (Malta) Working HoursAbout the RoleWe’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our tendering function and run it end-to-end without handholding. This role is fully remote but will work closely with teams aligned to Malta (CET hours), so comfort working across time zones is important.You’ll be handling tenders across MEP, SMBP, and finishing works, including large-scale bids. The expectation here is simple; be sharp on numbers, understand the technical side, and know how to put together winning bids.If you come from a Quantity Surveying background and have grown into tendering, you’ll likely fit well. What You’ll Be Doing●      Taking full ownership of tenders from initial review to final submission ●      Studying drawings, BOQs, and specs and translating them into solid cost estimates ●      Working closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance) to build the bid ●      Getting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and making sense of them ●      Identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve pricing ●      Making sure everything goes out on time and is commercially sound ●      Supporting discussions and negotiations wherever required ●      Managing multiple tenders at once without losing track What We’re Looking For●      Around 5–10+ years of experience in tendering or estimation ●      Strong exposure to MEP and finishing works (SMBP experience is a plus) ●      Someone who understands both the technical and commercial side ●      Background in Quantity Surveying works well for this role ●      Experience working on large-value projects (₹100+ crore / €10M+) ●      Comfortable working remotely and staying aligned with CET hours ●      Energetic, dependable, and able to get things done without constant follow-ups ●      Good with numbers, but also practical in decision-making Nice to Have●      Experience with companies similar to AG Group or large contracting firms ●      Exposure to international projects or tendering standards  LocationRemote – India (working hours aligned to Malta time)
