The candidate must be well-versed with FNMA & FHLMC guidelines (GNMA knowledge is a plus) and have strong analytical and decision-making skills.Responsibilities:Review and underwrite complete loan files; issue approval/denial decisionsPerform detailed credit, income (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, K1, etc.), asset & collateral analysisEvaluate borrower’s ability to repay (4C’s of Underwriting)Validate loan documents as per investor guidelinesEnsure compliance with US mortgage underwriting standardsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of US Mortgage Underwriting experienceStrong knowledge of US Residential Mortgage guidelinesExcellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skillsInterested candidates can apply with their updated resume.Email
