This is a unique opportunity to define and drive the next generation of power products for a growing market.Location:Bangalore, India Employment Type:Full-time, PermanentPlease Note:We are looking for candidates fromproduct-based companies only , andpower management experience is mandatory .Responsibilities: Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps for power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC, etc.). Provide deep technical support and training to customers and internal teams. Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications. Lead and mentor a team of product definers and engineers. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure market success.Requirements: 10+ years of experience in power management , including product definition. Expertise in power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge. Experience using FEA tools for various thermal, electrical and magnetic investigations. Proficiency with simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, andPCB CAD tools .
