Brand : The Souled StoreLocation: KotaDepartment: Retail OperationsReporting To: Area / Cluster ManagerJob PurposeTo manage overall store performance by driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, delivering superior customer experience, and leading the store team to achieve business targets while maintaining brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business: - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets - Improve Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT - Execute promotions and seasonal sales plans Store Operations: - Ensure smooth daily operations and SOP compliance - Manage cash handling, billing, and store hygiene - Control costs and reduce operational losses Inventory Management: - Maintain optimal stock levels - Ensure accurate stock reconciliation - Minimize shrinkage and dead stock Visual Merchandising: - Implement brand VM guidelines - Maintain attractive displays and window setups Customer Experience: - Deliver excellent customer service - Handle customer complaints effectively - Build customer loyalty and repeat business Team Management: - Recruit, train, and retain store staff - Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance - Motivate team to achieve targets Compliance & Reporting: - Ensure audit and policy compliance - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reportsQualifications & Experience- Graduate in any discipline - 4–8 years of apparel retail experience, including 2+ years as Store ManagerKey Skills- Sales leadership & customer focus - Team handling & communication - Inventory & operations management - MS Excel & POS knowledgeKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Sales Target Achievement - Conversion Rate, ATV & UPT - Inventory Turnover & Shrinkage % - Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) - Staff Attrition
