We are opening our flagship store in Bombay and are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead operations, build a strong team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that embodies Bridlen’s values.Key Responsibilities1.Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, and mentor store staff. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first service. Set and track performance goals for the team.2.Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives premium, personalized service. Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy. Build long-term relationships with clients and repeat customers.3.Sales & Growth Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets. Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for improvement. Support and execute in-store events, launches, and brand activations.4.Operations & Inventory Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Oversee inventory, stock levels, and replenishments. Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations.5.Visual Merchandising & Brand Identity Maintain Bridlen’s premium retail standards in displays and presentation. Ensure the store reflects craftsmanship, timeless design, and attention to detail.Requirements6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear. Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets. Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service. Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems. Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic retail setup.
