Our tools are tailored to address the challenges of real estate investing, ensuring no opportunity goes unnoticed and enhancing operational precision.Role ResponsibilitiesAutomation Architecture (Primary Focus)Build, optimize, and maintain advanced GoHighLevel workflowsEngineer end-to-end automation systems using N8N, including:Webhook routingMulti-step logic flowsJSON parsingAPI integrationsError handling & retriesData normalizationCreate cross-system automations connecting GHL, spreadsheets, AI services, APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms.AI Agent DevelopmentBuild and customize AI conversation agents using CloseBot, OpenAI, or similar toolsManage tag-based logic, timing rules, and response triggersTroubleshoot AI-related issues using audit logs and system-level debuggingDevelop logic for interruption handling (agent pauses when human takes over)Maintain consistency across all seller/buyer nurture campaignsGHL System EngineeringManage multi-account GHL setups including:Pipelines & subpipelinesTriggers & conditional logicCampaign workflowsCustom fields and data structuresSmartlists and segmentationDebug complex automation issues: timing conflicts, tag interference, workflow loopsBuild funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, and tracking infrastructureMaintain SMS/email deliverability, phone pools, and integration healthData & Systems ReliabilityOwn data flow quality across imports, niche lists, and Signal Sniping pipelinesEnsure clean schema mapping and automation readinessDiagnose inconsistencies using audit logs, workflow logs, and API logsDocument systems, processes, and architecture changesWork ScheduleThis role requires working US-based hours:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)QualificationsMust-Have Technical Expertise3+ years in GoHighLevel with proven mastery of complex workflows2+ years building N8N automations or equivalent (Make, Zapier advanced)Experience building or managing AI conversation agentsAbility to read API documentation and build API-driven automationsStrong debugging skills (audit logs, triggers, campaign logic)Must-Have Domain KnowledgeUnderstanding of real estate investing workflows (preferred: wholesaling)Familiarity with seller dispositions, buyer qualification, pipeline stagesStrong data hygiene and automation-governance mindsetSoft SkillsSystems thinker with a bias for clean, scalable architectureHighly detail-orientedStrong communication skills with ability to explain technical solutionsComfortable working in a fast-growing, high-performance teamWhat We OfferCompetitive pay around 5 dollar per hour - 6 dollar per hour with performance-based raises100% remote, long-term roleAll tools and platforms providedClear promotion track toward Tech Lead / Automation DirectorCollaborative, motivated, and supportive team environmentWork directly with the founders to help scale a 7-figure organizationHow to ApplyEmail the following to deon.joseph@ResumeExamples of past GHL workflows or N8N scenariosA short explanation of the most complex automation you’ve built
