Senior QA Automation Engineer Remote and Need to work EST hoursKey Responsibilities:● Design and implement test automation for voice/NLP-based features using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.● Collaborate closely with project managers and delivery engineering teams to validate AI outputs and system behavior to ensure quality coverage● Integrate tests into CI/CD workflows for continuous validation and fast feedback.● Execute performance, security, and exploratory testing where needed.● Validate real-world, end-user delivery scenarios through transcripts, speech samples, and real-world user flows.Ideal Background:● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.● 8+ years in QA or test automation, including 2+ years testing AI/ML/NLP systems.● Hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript, Java, and SQL.● Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and API testing using Postman or equivalent.● Skilled in Git, Jenkins, GitLab Bamboo, GitHub, CI/CD, and testing in cloud and microservices environments.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, scalable test automation architecture and agentic AI agent-based systems.
