Key Responsibilities Build and manageautomated workflowsusing platforms liken8n, Zapier, and . IntegrateAI services (OpenAI, Google AI, Anthropic, etc.)into business processes for content, analysis, and decision-making. Connect and synchronizebusiness applications(CRM, productivity tools, databases) through APIs and webhooks. Implementconditional logic, data transformations, and error handlingfor reliable automation. Monitor, test, and optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify new automation opportunities. Document workflows and provide training/support for end users.SKill & Qualifications Hands-on experience withautomation platforms(n8n, Zapier, , or similar). Understanding ofREST APIs, webhooks, and data formats(JSON, CSV, XML). Familiarity withAI APIs and prompt engineeringfor workflow integration. Basic scripting knowledge inJavaScript or Pythonfor custom logic. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to explaintechnical concepts in simple termsto non-technical users.Nice to Have Exposure toMLOps or AI-powered automation tools(Streamlit, FastAPI, Hugging Face). Experience withdatabases (SQL/NoSQL)and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Knowledge ofCRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)or productivity tools (Slack, Notion, Airtable).
