Counselor

Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students and parents about JEE/NEET courses, curriculum, and learning plans - Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and walk-ins - Explain course features, fees, batch details, and learning methodology - Maintain student data and follow-ups in CRM - Build strong relationships with students and parents - Achieve enrollment and conversion targets - Coordinate with academic and operations teamsSkills Required:- Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus) - Basic understanding of JEE/NEET exam structure - Convincing and counseling skills - Willingness to learn and adapt - Target-oriented mindset - Basic computer and CRM knowledgeTraining & Growth:- Complete training will be provided on JEE/NEET counseling - Clear career growth path to Senior Counselor / Team Lead
