Role OverviewWe are hiring a State Credit Head to lead SME credit operations across Rajasthan. The role involves driving high-quality underwriting, maintaining a healthy portfolio, and ensuring credit policy compliance while supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities- Lead credit appraisal and approval for SME proposals across the state. - Ensure robust financial analysis and risk assessment as per policy. - Monitor portfolio quality, delinquencies, and early warning indicators. - Guide and develop a team of credit managers. - Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Collections to enable smooth business flow. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory norms, and audit standards.Requirements- MBA/CA/Finance graduate preferred. - 8–12 years of SME/MSME/LAP credit experience in an NBFC or bank. - Strong analytical skills, financial understanding, and market awareness. - Team handling experience with a focus on quality and TAT.
