We are expanding our team and are looking for aCustomer Relationship Executivebased in India to support our growing student base in the U.S. Role & ResponsibilitiesConduct demo calls with prospective students for our certification programs. Build trust and provide guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps. Answer student inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience. Maintain ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet enrollment targets. Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support. Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is a plus. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students. What We OfferRemote role based in India.
