About SotaogAt Sotaog, we build intelligent, data-driven platforms that power industrial operations across the energy and manufacturing sectors.Our products combine real-time analytics, machine learning, and scalable cloud architecture to bring the precision and reliability of big tech to mission-critical industries.We are rebuilding our platform into a next-generation, multi-tenant system designed for scale, performance, and global deployment — and design plays a critical role in making complex industrial data intuitive and actionable.About the RoleWe’re looking for a full-time UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can bridge product design, user experience, and brand storytelling.You will design clean, intuitive interfaces for complex analytics workflows while also contributing to visual branding, marketing creatives, and product communication assets.This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape how engineers, operators, and enterprise clients interact with our platform.What You’ll DoProduct (UI/UX)Design intuitive, scalable UI systems for web applications (Angular-based platform).Translate complex engineering and analytics workflows into simple, elegant user experiences.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.Develop and maintain a structured design system (components, typography, spacing, color tokens).Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.Improve usability, performance clarity, and visual hierarchy for dashboards and data-heavy screens.Design responsive layouts optimized for large data visualization environments.Graphic & Brand DesignCreate visual assets for:WebsiteSocial mediaSales decks & pitch presentationsProduct marketing materialsConference/event branding (e.g., OTC, industry expos)Design infographics to communicate technical concepts clearly.Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.Contribute to visual storytelling for case studies and product announcements.Must-Have3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.Strong portfolio demonstrating:Dashboard designData-heavy applicationsClean SaaS interfacesBranding/marketing creativesExpertise in Figma (auto layout, components, design systems).Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flows.Experience designing for responsive web applications.Strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Nice-to-HaveExperience designing analytics or industrial SaaS platforms.Familiarity with Angular-based design constraints.Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.Knowledge of data visualization best practices.Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS/TypeScript).Experience with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or Blender.What Success Looks Like (6 Months)A cohesive design system implemented across the platform.Improved clarity and usability of dashboards and workflows.Reduced UI inconsistencies and faster frontend implementation cycles.Strong, consistent visual branding across product and marketing channels.High-quality sales and marketing assets used in enterprise presentations.
