E In Cement & ChemicalSkills- Knowledge of SAP - Analytical Skills - CCR Operation - VRMJob Description- Independent shift operation of ball mills with roller press, VRM, HAG. - Monitoring & optimization of process parameters, with the desired quality requirements. - Analysis of process parameter trends of the running plant & trouble shooting. - Regular working in SAP – production booking, stoppage booking, stock balancing - Process checks, trials, audits of cement grinding roller press & cement mill. - Regular monitoring of cement stock - Take round of cement grinding roller press, cement mill and check process / QC conditions required. - Communication with Site engineer/supervisors for ensure continuous operation of equipment’s - Knowledge regarding circuit sampling, mill chamber sampling & flow measurement - Knowledge on mill heat and mass balance
