HNB ENGINEERS Private Limited is looking for an experienced/Fresher Accountant from the Water/Wastewater Treatment industry.- Location – Bhilai, Chhattisgarh | HNB ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITEDRole and responsibilities/ Job Details:Cash and bank Handling –- Cash handling, cash payments and its accounting & reconciliation on daily basis. - Local bank visits for withdrawal, issuing cheques to vendors and its accounting on daily basis. - Bank reconciliation - Maintaining records of IOU and advances - Follow up with the concern for recovery of advances.Bank Payment Entry –- Requesting Management for approval of payments on respective due dates. - Bank payment entry in system. - Preparation of data in the required format for online paymentsBill booking –- Receipt of bills either from Purchase or Admin - Approving the bills and Bill booking in system - In case of any correction is required, submit, and follow up with either Purchase - Filling of bills - Suppliers account scrutiny and reconciliation - Accounting of debit notes, if any - Preparation of Budgets if any & uploading in DV, Checking rate approvals in DVStaff and Labour attendance –- New employee registration in Biometric Machine, taking his joining report and sent to HO AdminPersonal/ behavioral and social requirements:- Ability to maintain good relations and working in a team. - Results-oriented - Self-motivated, and proactive approach to work - Working knowledge of M S Excel and MS WorldProfessional / Educational requirements:- Commerce Graduate with added qualification of MBA - Minimum work experience in industry of 1 to 2 Year (Fresher Also Apply). - Salary: Fresher 18K and Experience person (Depend on Interview).To Apply: Please send your CV to dvshinde@
