We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA), Senior Accounts Manager and Accountants to handle the accounting, compliance, and financial reporting requirements of the Group. Role Overview We are seeking aSenior Accounts Managerwith strong leadership and technical accounting expertise to oversee our entire finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have5+ years of experiencein anEPC, construction, or infrastructure company, managing books of accounts, audits, tax compliance, and project-wise financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: ·      Lead and manage theentire accounting teamand day-to-day financial operations. ·      Maintainaccurate books of accountsin compliance with statutory and company policies. ·      Manageproject-wise cost accounting, vendor billing, and receivables/payables tracking. ·      Supervisemonthly, quarterly, and annual closingsand prepare MIS reports. ·      Coordinate with auditors forstatutory, internal, and tax audits. ·      Ensure timelyTDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other filings. ·      Prepare and reviewBalance Sheet, P&L statements, and cash-flow forecasts. ·      Supportbudgeting, fund flow, and working capital management. ·      Collaborate with management duringbank audits, credit assessments ·      Strengthen internal financial controls and implement process improvements. Required Qualifications & Experience: ·      B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance);CA (Inter)preferred. ·      5+ years of experienceinAccounts & Finance, with at least3 years in a senior rolewithin an EPC/construction/infrastructure company. ·      In-depth understanding ofEPC project accounting,WIP,retention, andcontract billing. ·      Proficient inTally, ERP systems, and Excel. ·      Hands-on experience withstatutory compliance,banking operations, andfund management. ·      Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
