We’re looking for a motivated Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team and help shape how finance and revenue leaders discover, understand, and trust Visdum.This role is content-first. You’ll spend most of your time creating high-quality written content, while also learning how to distribute it effectively and engage the right audience across channels. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, take ownership, and grow alongside a fast-moving SaaS startup.If you're someone who thrives on autonomy, keeps up with trends, and brings creativity to every project, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate is either starting out or has less than a year of B2B content writing experience (bonus points for SaaS experience), an eye for detail, and the ability to write crisply using simple language.Responsibilities:This role will involve creating high-quality content for the brand - social media posts, blogs, case studies, eBooks, emails, whitepapers, video scripts, etc.Develop a good understanding of the “Sales Compensation” industry and the people involved in it to create compelling content to drive awareness and leads for Visdum. Have a strong understanding or have the aptitude to learn SEO and AEO best practices to make your content rank.Own and drive the social media calendar and strategy end-to-end. Come up with creative campaigns to improve Visdum’s engagement on LinkedIn.Over time, own and drive the on-page, off-page SEO, backlinks strategy, and execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales enablement.Write PR stories or external announcements to elevate the Visdum brand.RequirementsFreshers or candidates with less than 1 year of B2B content writing experience (SaaS experience preferred).Experience in writing content (freelance/part-time will also be considered) for the US region is an added advantage.Basic design skills using Canva/Figma/Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.Exceptional writing skills, with a penchant for quality and attention to detail. We prefer simple language to jargon. Someone with a natural passion and a flair for storytelling and writing would fit in well.Understanding of SEO and AISO (Artificial Intelligence Search Optimization) to track content performance is preferred.Great research skills and the ability to obtain information from anywhere would be ideal.Understands the fundamental concepts of content distribution and audience engagement.A team player with strong multitasking skills and an eye for detail is mandatory.Being proactive and resourceful enough to be a team player.
