Role: Workday HCM Functional Consultant Functional Modules: Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Core HCM, Benefits Experience: 2 to 3 Years Location: Remote We are looking for Workday Functional Consultants with hands-on implementation experience and certification in any one of the following Workday modules: - Payroll - Absence - Compensation - Core HCM - Benefits Key Responsibilities - Participate in end‑to‑end Workday implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Configure and maintain business processes, security, and functional setups within the certified module(s). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues. - Conduct impact analysis for system changes, release updates, and feature enablements. - Prepare functional documents, test cases, and user training materials. - Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions. - Coordinate with global stakeholders and ensure adherence to Workday best practices. Required Skills & Experience - 2 to 4 years of experience in Workday functional implementation(preferred)/support. - Mandatory Workday certification in at least one module (Payroll / Absence / TT/ Compensation / Core HCM / Benefits). - Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and integrations. - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and client‑handling skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
