Account Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting processes in a dynamic and growth-driven renewable energy environment.Key Responsibilities:- Accounting & Bookkeeping - Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally/ERP system - Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journals) - Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly closing entries - Accounts Payable & Receivable - Process vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely clearance - Monitor accounts receivable, follow up with clients for payments - Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers - GST & Taxation Compliance - Prepare monthly GST working and returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) - Assist in TDS deduction, payment, and filing of returns - Support in income tax and other statutory filings - MIS & Reporting - Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets - Generate reports for internal management review and audits - Audit & Internal Controls - Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors - Ensure compliance with internal financial control policies and procedures - Support documentation and audit readiness - Other Tasks - Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions - Assist in project-wise accounting and cost allocations - Liaise with banks and financial institutions for routine transactionsKey Requirements:- Education: / / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) - Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing sector - Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws - Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and organizational skillsDesirable Attributes:- Experience in a high-compliance and audit-intensive environment - Familiarity with renewable energy project accounting and capital expenditure tracking - Exposure to multi-location or project-based accountingCompensation: As per industry standards, commensurate with experienceJoining: Immediate preferred / Within 30 days
