Our mission is to provide superior products while fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.About the RoleThe role involves leading and growing the Color Coated Roofing Sheet business in West Bengal by developing dealer/distributor networks and ensuring strong market penetration in industrial, infrastructure, and roofing segments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute state-level sales strategy for Color Coated Roofing Sheets.Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and stockiest across West Bengal.Drive sales through projects, contractors, fabricators, EPC players, and OEMs.Coordinate with marketing team for branding, promotions, and product launches.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume, value, and market share).Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.Ensure credit control, collections, and distributor profitability.Work closely with supply chain for timely dispatch and order fulfillment.Train channel partners and sales team on product features and applications. QualificationsGraduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred).Required Skills10–15 years of experience in roofing sheets / steel products.Strong understanding of West Bengal market dynamics.Proven experience in dealer network expansion sales.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in roofing sheet or structural steel products.
