The Specialist will ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining knowledge of insurance products and services.Qualifications- Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of the insurance industry - Expertise in Health Insurance and Insurance Brokerage - Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and build lasting relationships - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet/exceed sales goals - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with sales tracking systems is an advantage
