As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Territory Service Manager to join our family. What Your Role Entails In this role, you’ll drive sales growth by managing key channels, onboarding new partners, and building strong relationships with architects, consultants, and PMCs. You'll stay ahead of the competition, support partners with product training, and deliver accurate sales forecasts. Success will require strong knowledge of VRF and Ducted Systems, effective communication, and sharp negotiation skills. What You’ll Do: 1. Achieve sales target as per ABP and debtor management. 2. Handling the existing Channels & appointing new channels or new accounts and hand-holding those accounts to generate constant business 3. Develop relationships with Architects, Consultants & PMC to get more business 4. Monitor Competition, provide information to the reporting manager and discuss to arrive at suitable action. 5. Focus on enhancing the share of business from Channel / Customers / Influencers 6. Sales Product training to the channel partners 7. Accurate sales forecasting Your success is grounded in Educational Background: You should hold a BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: A proven track record of 4-10 years in VRF Sales Channel Management. Technical Acumen: Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart. Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, as you’ll be addressing diverse challenges. Industry Insight: Experience with VRF & Ducted - Channel Sales. Effective Communicator: We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions. Where you’ll be This role is based in Kolkata, India and will involve handling the entire Kolkata.
