Company Description Prorata is India’s first fractional car ownership platform, enabling individuals to co-own a dream car by paying as little as 8.33% of the total cost. This platform allows for shared ownership without loans, EMIs, down payments, or rent. Each car is divided into 12 shares, offering each co-owner 30 days of usage per year for 5 years, after which the car is sold and proceeds are distributed based on ownership share. Prorata's app facilitates date reservations and provides doorstep pickup and drop service, making luxury car ownership accessible for occasional and experiential use. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing incoming and outgoing sales calls, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and following up on sales inquiries. Qualifications Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Customer Satisfaction and relationship management Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
