Marketing Event Executive

About the Role:We at #Ambuja_Neotia are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our Corporate Events & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing corporate events for malls.Key Responsibilities:Support the end-to-end planning and coordination of corporate mall events.Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.Draft and design internal communications, mailers, and creative content aligned with corporate tone and branding.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and event-related documentation.Maintain marketing calendars and event trackers.Requirements:Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.0–5 years of experience in corporate events or marketing (internship experience preferred).Excellent communication skills in English — both written and spoken.Smart, confident, and highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail and time management.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus.
