Location: KolkataExperience: 3–4 YearsDepartment: Marketing / Corporate CommunicationsRole SummaryThe PR & Communication Executive will be responsible for strengthening the hospital’s brand presence in Kolkata through effective media relations, community engagement, doctor outreach, and strategic communication initiatives that drive trust, visibility, and patient engagement.Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute PR and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, journalists, influencers, and PR agencies. - Draft and coordinate press releases, media briefs, case stories, and corporate communication content. - Support doctor engagement programs, medical events, community outreach, and health awareness campaigns. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for communication requirements, campaign rollouts, and approvals. - Track media coverage, prepare reports, and measure the impact of PR initiatives. - Handle local reputation management and support crisis communication as required. - Ensure brand messaging consistency across all external communication touchpoints.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. - 3–4 years of experience in PR, communications, or healthcare marketing (preferred). - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali. - Good understanding of the regional media landscape and stakeholder management. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with field-based coordination.
