This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in building a long-term career in US IT staffing and talent acquisition. The position requires strong recruitment skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good verbal and written English communication.Key Responsibilities• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements• Understand and analyze job requirements received from US clients• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews• Assess candidates’ technical fit, availability, and English communication skills• Coordinate interviews between candidates, account managers, and clients• Work on W2, and C2C hiring models• Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and candidate documentation• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle• Ensure compliance with US staffing processes• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications• Good verbal and written English communication – mandatory• Undergraduates / Graduation in any discipline• Freshers or 0–1 year experience in recruitment, sales, or voice process• Willingness to work in US shift (Night Only)• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills• Ability to work in a target-driven environmentPreferred (Good to Have)• Basic knowledge of US IT technologies and roles• Understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilderWhat We Offer• Structured training on US IT recruitment• Career growth opportunities in the US staffing domain• Performance-based incentives• Exposure to US clients and global hiring practices• Professional and supportive work environment
