The Medical Equipment Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of medical equipment, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and meets regulatory standards. Additional day-to-day tasks include managing service contracts, coordinating with medical staff for equipment needs, and ensuring compliance with safety and accreditation standards. The role requires regular interaction with customers to resolve service issues and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications Credentialing, Medical Staff Credentialing, and Accreditation skills Knowledge of Medicine, medical equipment, and regulatory compliance Strong Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering or healthcare management Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry is a plus
