Role Overview We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives (and motivated interns) who are eager to make an impact in the healthcare technology space. The role involves frequent travel in and around Kolkata and nearby towns, engaging with doctors and small clinics, and demonstrating the benefits of Vaidya Barta - SMART Digital Prescription & EMR platform. ⚠️ Note: This opportunity is open only for candidates from Kolkata/West Bengal. Applicants from outside the region will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach doctors and clinics across Kolkata and nearby towns. Demonstrate the benefits of Vaidya Barta and drive adoption. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Gather valuable feedback from doctors to enhance the product experience. Requirements Minimum 1+ year of sales experience (healthcare, pharma, or software solutions preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Interns/freshers are welcome, provided they are self-starters with strong communication and sales aptitude. Comfortable with extensive field travel (Kolkata & nearby towns). Basic familiarity with software or mobile apps is an advantage. Must be based in Kolkata/West Bengal.
