The role requires a strong understanding of political dynamics, an analytical mindset, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across field and central teams.Core Competencies:Campaign Monitoring & Tracking Political Research & Intelligence Gathering Data Collection, Analysis & Interpretation Report Writing & Structured Documentation Political Landscape & Stakeholder Analysis Floor Coordination & Team Leadership MS Excel | PowerPoint | Google WorkspaceWhat You Will Do:Monitor political campaigns, public sentiment, media narratives, and on-ground developments on a daily basis. Track key political indicators and campaign performance against defined objectives and milestones. Conduct primary and secondary research on political trends, governance issues, policy developments, and constituency-level dynamics. Collect, clean, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate timely political intelligence. Prepare structured reports, briefs, trackers, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership. Support strategic planning by providing real-time inputs, risk assessments, and stakeholder insights. Coordinate closely with field teams, research teams, and central leadership to ensure seamless information flow. Maintain standardized documentation and reporting formats to ensure consistency and speed of delivery. Support floor operations through task coordination, follow-ups, and deadline management.What We Are Looking For:1–2 years of experience in political research, campaign monitoring, public policy research, or related domains. A strong understanding of India’s political landscape, electoral processes, and governance structures. Develop campaign tracking reports capturing outreach metrics, engagement levels, and regional trends. Coordinate closely with field teams, research teams, and central leadership to ensure seamless information flow.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree – Any Discipline from any Tier-1 / Tier-2 CollegeLocation: The base location is Kolkata (However, the candidate should be open to travel as per project requirements)
