The infrastructure vertical is in an early growth phase with strong expansion plans.TheGM Plant and Machinerieswill be responsible for overseeing the complete mechanical function for road and highway construction projects. This role includes management of construction plants and machinery, procurement, maintenance, repairs, and administration of the mechanical team to ensure uninterrupted project execution.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage theentire mechanical teamincluding engineers, supervisors, operators, and mechanics. for road / highway construction projects. Overseeprocurement, hiring, deployment, operation, maintenance, and repairof all construction plant and machinery. Ensure smoothdaily operation of construction equipmentincluding: Hot Mix Plant / Batch Mix Plant / WMM Plant Tippers / Excavators / Paver/ Tandem Roller etc. other road construction machinery Plan and implementpreventive and breakdown maintenance schedulesto minimize downtime. 4.Monitor machinery performance, fuel consumption, spares usage, and maintenance costs.Qualification:B.E/ B. Tech in MechanicalExp:Min 15 experiences in construction of road / highway along with 4 to 6 years administrative experience (Heading Plant and Machineries )
