Job Summary Our Client is seeking a qualified and experiencedVice Principal/HOD cum SeniorEnglish Teacherto teach students fromClasses VI to XII . The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster students’ interest in English language and literature while preparing them for academic excellence. Key Responsibilities TeachEnglish Language and Literatureto students fromClasses VI–XIIin accordance with the prescribed curriculum. Developlesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materialsto support effective learning. Strengthen students’grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and comprehension skills . Encouragecritical thinking, creativity, and class participationthrough discussions, debates, and literary activities. Assess and evaluate students throughtests, assignments, and examinations , providing constructive feedback. Prepare students forboard examinations and internal assessments . Maintain apositive and disciplined classroom environment . Participate inparent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic planning sessions . Useinnovative teaching methods and digital toolsto enhance classroom learning. Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in English or English Literature . B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)is mandatory. Additional certifications inteaching methodology or language trainingwill be an advantage. Experience Minimum 10 years of teaching experiencein a reputed school. Experience teachingmiddle and senior school (Classes 6–12) and experienced HOD/Vice Principalis required. Familiarity withCBSEwill be preferred.
