Roles and Responsibilities1. Organize activities to generate leads for prospective students2. Contacting educational Institutions and channel partners3. Making outbound calls and converting them into admissions.4. Counselling the prospective students via Phone, Email and in Person5. Conducting student webinars and seminars6. Handling campus walk-ins and enquiries7. Online counselling & presentations8. Achieving weekly, monthly & yearly targetsDesired Candidate Profile1. Minimum Graduation with at least 2 Years of relevant experience2. Only candidates residing in Kolkata and Kolkata suburbs3. Experience of working on Lead Management System (LMS), preferred2. Excellent Communication skills.3. Experience in UG/PG student counselling and tele-counseling.4. Should be able to handle Face to Face counselling.5. Should be ready to travel for various GDPI sessions, Education Fairs etc.6. Should be able to handle multiple calls.7. Confident & Energetic candidates with a positive approach on conversions.8.
