Counselling & Guidance: Provide accurate information and counselling to prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career pathways. Outreach & Promotion: Coordinate admission campaigns, school visits, career fairs, and digital outreach to attract quality applicants. Data & Reporting: Maintain admission records, prepare reports, and analyse trends to support strategic planning. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and institutional policies during the admission process. Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments, marketing teams, and administration to align admission goals with institutional objectives.Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related fields). Minimum 5-10 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or academic administration. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
