Job Responsibilities :Drive the material developments with suppliers to meet designed specifications.Co-ordinating with cross functional team to conduct trials to validate the new materials.Maintain proper documentation related projects.Knowledge generation through prior art search.Adherence to 5S, related safety norms and ISO standards of the organization.Desired Skills:In depth knowledge of Polymers, Rubbers and their compounds.Analytical knowledge & interpretation skill on Polymer Analysis & characterizations.Skillful to formulate Polymers, design of experiments and scale up to pilot level.Team player to prepare FMEA & RCA.Adhesives, Coatings, Printing ink & Labels along with exposure to corrugated packing used for Energy storage devices.Experience & Qualifications:Education: B. Tech in Polymer/ Rubber/ Material Technology or B.Sc. in Polymer Science/ChemistryM. Tech in Polymer Science or M. Sc in Polymer Science /ChemistryExperience: Must have 5-7 years of experience Industry Preference : Industrial / Automotive Polymer Packaging / Battery & Energy Storage Manufacturing Industry.
