About the RoleExport Marketing: Identify and engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and support sales conversion.ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, CoO, shipping instructions, and ensure DGFT/ICEGATE compliance.Shipment Coordination: Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely dispatch and tracking.Client Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with overseas clients regarding orders, dispatches, and documentation.Record Management: Maintain audit-ready documentation and export transaction records.Financial Dimensions: Contribute to export revenue growth and minimize documentation-related delays or penalties.People Dimensions: Coordinate cross-functionally with stores, accounts, and logistics teams.Required SkillsTechnical/Functional Expertise: Proficiency in export documentation (invoice, packing list, CoO, BL, etc.)Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS Codes, and international shipping protocolsFamiliarity with DGFT portal, ICEGATE, and e-SanchitUnderstanding of engineering/electrical product specifications and packaging normsProficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM toolsPreferred SkillsBehavioral Competencies: Attention to DetailCommunication & Interpersonal SkillsTime Management & PrioritizationAccountability & OwnershipProblem Solving & Adaptability
