This role is based at our office inKolkata, India.Main purpose of the role: The Managing Director (MD) is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational performance, and sustainable growth of the business. The role requires building a high-performance culture, fostering strong team dynamics, and ensuring alignment with the broader vision and objectives of the Group. The MD will be expected to drive profitability, operational excellence, and effective governance across all aspects of the business.Main Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Growth Execution Commercial & Sales Performance Financial Oversight & Cost Control Governance & Compliance Team Culture & Human Capital Management Stakeholder & Partner EngagementRequirements: Relevant post-graduate / Honours Degree (Commerce, Marketing or Engineering) Master's in Business Administration will be advantageousProfessional experience: Minimum of 20 years of total professional experience, out of which at least 10 years in a senior management position in a corporate. Proven experience in leading and managing a business unit with full P&L responsibility, including strategic planning, revenue growth, cost control, and overall financial performance.
