ocation: West BengalEngagement: Full-timeQualification:- Master’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, Management, Economics, Social Work, Rural Development, or equivalent certification in Knowledge Management from a recognized institution.Experience:- Minimum 7 years of experience in the public/social sector, with at least 5 years in a similar role. - Experience in women’s economic empowerment initiatives in West Bengal preferred. - Prior exposure to bilateral/multilateral or externally aided projects is an advantage.Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills in English and Bengali. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Excellent networking and coordination abilities. - Transparent, participative, and willing to travel for field assignments.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a Knowledge Management Framework, Plan, and SOP for WEP. - Create and maintain a Knowledge Repository including best practices, reports, tools, guidelines, and success stories. - Organize and support workshops, trainings, and capacity-building activities for DWCDSW and stakeholders. - Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials to disseminate WEP knowledge products. - Facilitate knowledge exchange among internal and external partners for improved project outcomes.
