The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolvingtickets related to document processing and administrative tasks, ensuring that the legalprofessionals can focus on their core activities.Key Responsibilities:Ticket Resolution: Generate, manage and resolve tickets from clients regarding administrative tasks and document preparation. Prioritize and organize incoming requests to ensure timely responses and solutions.Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to gather and synthesize information from the documents and administrative processes Analyze legal requirements and prepare summaries and reports as needed.Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation, formatting and proofreading of documents ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards. Manage document processing including filing, organizing, and maintaining digital and physical records.Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for the client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining and administrative and document preparation processes to enhance eJiciency. Provide recommendations for tools and AI technologies that can aid in administrative support.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree. Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite - Strong knowledge in PDF document editing. - Knowledge of Canadian and European legal systems and procedures is a plus. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Good knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus. - High level of attention to detail and organization. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Work Schedule & Location- Timings: Monday – Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) - Mode: Onsite - Location: MANI CASADONA IT BUILDING, Plot IIF/4, Action Area I, III, Newtown, West Bengal 700160 - Facility: Drop service provided - WFH: Post 3 months 1 WFH per week and post 6 months 2 WFH per week.
