Designation :Creative Design & Branding Manager Posting : Kolkata 1.Marketing Collateral Design : Design and develop catalogs, brochures, leaflets, product manuals, stickers, and other print and digital materials to support marketing campaigns. Ensure that all creatives maintain visual consistency, clear messaging, and alignment with brand guidelines. Work closely with internal teams to understand marketing needs and translate them into impactful designs that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. 2. Vendor & Creative Coordination Collaborate with vendors and design teams for packaging, exhibition displays, and other brand-related creative projects. 3. Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and track social media content in coordination with external agencies to maintain brand presence and audience engagement. 4. Event & Exhibition Management Plan and execute exhibitions, handling vendor coordination, logistics, and creative setups to ensure smooth execution. 5. Campaign & Festive Design Create engaging designs for internal campaigns, festive greetings, and international celebrations to strengthen brand culture. 6. Vendor Negotiation & Management Lead vendor coordination and negotiations to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards. Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Photoshop – Image editing and graphic design Adobe Illustrator – Vector graphics and illustrations CorelDRAW – Print and digital design Figma – UI/UX design and prototyping Adobe InDesign – Layout design for brochures, catalogs, and manuals CTC: 5 - 8 LPA
