We are seeking a highly creative and technically sound Senior Designer – Product Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global fashion and luxury brands, a strong portfolio of diverse product developments, and a passion for innovation and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Design and Execution: Leading the design process from concept to completion for various projects, including website graphics, social media content, and marketing materials. End-to-End Product Development : Lead the design process from concept to final product for leather goods and fashion accessories, aligning with brand standards and market expectations. Client Collaboration : Work closely with international clients to understand design briefs and deliver refined prototypes that meet brand-specific aesthetics and functional requirements. Innovation & Technique Development: i) Develop new production techniques to enhance product appeal and scalability. ii) Collaborate with production teams to refine techniques for manufacturability. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with business goals. Quality & Standards Management : Oversee sample approvals, production quality, and client feedback loops to maintain high delivery standards. Design Expertise: Possessing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest design software. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience working with global fashion/luxury brands, or a related field Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects. Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CAD & Coreldraw. Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated Extensive ability to lead and mentor junior designers. Technical know-how: Strong understanding of leather materials, hardware, trims, and construction techniques. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and solve design problems, and to analyze design performance.
