About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable and dynamic professional to work directly with the Chairman in overseeing the overall functioning of the organization. This role requires strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of accounting, finance, legal matters, compliance, governance, and taxation.  This is a long-term, stable career opportunity for a problem solver who thrives in a multi-faceted role and enjoys being the go-to person for critical business matters. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Chairman/Director on strategic decision-making, organizational governance, and business growth initiatives. Manage accounting and finance-related tasks, including budgeting, cash flow, taxation (Direct & Indirect), and income tax filings. Oversee compliance with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities. Ensure corporate governance standards are maintained across the organization. Provide leadership support across departments, ensuring operational efficiency and effective communication. Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and official documentation. Analyze financial data and business reports; prepare insights and recommendations for the Chairman. Act as the single point of contact for problem-solving and issue resolution across functions. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion. Use advanced Excel and analytical skills to create reports, dashboards, and business models. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, legal, compliance, and governance. Prior professional experience in business/finance/legal management roles. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and managerial abilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take ownership of responsibilities. What We Offer: A stable, long-term leadership career path.
