SAP IS Utilities - Billing and Invoicing

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP ISU Billing processes, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user assistance. - Monitor and manage billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate billing execution. - Analyse and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to SAP ISU Billing within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements. - Configure, test, and deploy changes within the SAP ISU Billing module as required for business needs. - Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions. - Document solutions, configuration changes, and support procedures for knowledge management. - Participate in regular client meetings, providing updates on ongoing issues and enhancements.
