Assistant Manager Finance Account

Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) follow-up with CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) to facilitate smooth collection and reconciliation. Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution: Conduct periodic reconciliation of credit buyer accounts. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and effective manner. Accounting & Inventory: Apply general accounting knowledge to daily operations, including stock and inventory management. Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams for inventory accuracy. SAP Operations: Work within SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules for transactional accuracy, reporting, and financial documentation. GST & Statutory Compliance: Possess sound knowledge and hands-on experience in GST accounting. Ensure accurate input credit management, timely reconciliation, and adherence to all GST statutory requirements. Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter/MBA (Finance) preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the FMCG or Personal Care sector. Proficient in SAP (FI, CO, SD modules) and MS Excel. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills. High attention to detail and compliance-oriented.
