As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Dental Billing Leader to help strengthen operations and guide teams.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Dental Billing Manager / Senior Dental Billing Expert with 10+ years of hands-on dental billing experience. This role is ideal for someone who has deep operational knowledge, can audit and optimize billing workflows, and is comfortable mentoring teams. Medical billing and cross-coding experience is a strong asset.Key Responsibilities• Oversee and optimize end-to-end dental billing and RCM workflows• Manage A/R, aging cleanup, and denial management strategies• Ensure accurate insurance verification, claim submission, and follow-ups• Review EOBs, identify underpayments, and support appeal processes• Guide and mentor billing teams; assist with training and SOP development• Perform audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and clean claims• Support cross-coding initiatives (medical-dental) when applicable• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and scalabilityRequired Qualifications• 10+ years of dental billing experience • Strong knowledge of PPO, HMO, fee-for-service, and dental insurance workflows• Proven experience with A/R management and denial resolution• Hands-on experience with dental billing software and PMS systems• Excellent understanding of U.S. dental RCM best practices• Ability to work independently in a remote environmentPreferred / Nice to Have• Medical billing experience and dental-medical cross-coding exposure• Experience in leadership, auditing, or managing billing teams• Familiarity with scaling RCM operations for multiple practicesWhat We Offer• Remote work flexibility• Opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing national RCM company• Collaborative, performance-driven environment
