For Head of Finance (Multi-Unit Hotel Company) : Should be a qualified CA Financial Planning and Analysis: • Monitor financial performance against targets, identify variances, and provide proactive recommendations for improvement. Financial Reporting and Consolidation: • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders. • Oversee the consolidation of financial data from all hotels to provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial position. • Maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards. • Be Responsible for Monthly Books Closing, Quarterly Books closing and Audited Financial Results. Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including tax and statutory requirements. • Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and minimize financial risk. • Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing any identified issues or recommendations. Financial Strategy and Decision Support: • Provide financial insights and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making and business planning. • Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and make recommendations for acquisitions or divestments. • Collaborate with other departments to assess financial implications of operational initiatives and cost-saving measures.
